Derek Durbin is the Managing Member of Durbin Law Offices, PLLC located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.  Attorney Durbin is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (2001) and Vermont Law School (2005).   He is licensed to practice law in the States of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. 

Attorney Durbin primarily focuses his practice in real estate, municipal and business law with a special emphasis on zoning, land-use, landlord-tenant, and conveyancing matters.  Attorney Durbin has also held a real estate license in the State of New Hampshire for several years and has brokered many high level residential and commercial transactions as an exclusive buyers’ agent.   Having worked in many roles within the real estate field, Attorney Durbin brings unique knowledge and perspective to Catalina Closings and a history of working effectively with lenders, sellers, buyers and real estate agents. 

Aside from actively practicing real estate law, Attorney Durbin has been a member of the Portsmouth Zoning Board of Adjustment for the past 9 years.  He also presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Share Fund, a non-profit organization, who provides assistance to those in financial need.

Attorney Durbin lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with his wife, Viviana, and their two children, Catalina and Dahlia.  When not working on a closing or assisting his clients, Derek spends most of his time with his family, surfing or exploring the outdoors.
